DISASTER RELIEF GRANT PROGRAMS

We are committed to supporting those affected by the recent wildfires in California. At this time we offer the following grant programs to provide critical assistance:

  • REALTOR® Member Grant Program – Provides up to $10,000 in assistance for California REALTOR® members and their staff who have suffered losses due to the wildfires.

If you or someone you know has been affected, check below to learn more and apply.

COMMUNITY GRANT PROGRAM

Thank you for your overwhelming response to the Community Grant Program. This initiative was created to support individuals and families impacted by the recent Los Angeles wildfires, and we are deeply moved by the stories and resilience of those who have applied. In just one week, we received over 1,200 applications—far exceeding our available funding. With a total of $1 million allocated for this program, we have now reached full capacity and are no longer accepting new applications.

We recognize the immense challenges faced by those affected, and while we wish we could provide assistance to everyone in need, our resources are limited. If additional funding becomes available or if we are able to launch another relief program, we will share updates on this webpage.

REALTOR® MEMBER GRANT PROGRAM

We have been helping the REALTOR® family recover from natural disasters for more than 20 years. The C.A.R. Disaster Relief Fund was established in the wake of the devastating 2003 California wildfires, thanks to generous contributions from the California Association of REALTORS®, state and local REALTOR® associations and other contributors, and provides grants for REALTORS®, employees of REALTORS® and association staff.

To our neighbors who have experienced loss due to the recent wildfires, or suffered from a recent natural disaster, we are here to support you. You may be eligible for a grant from the C.A.R. Disaster Relief Fund.

How to Apply:

  • Complete the online application using the link below.

  • Submit required documentation to verify wildfire-related displacement or damage.

  • Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Deadline to apply is June 30, 2025.

FIRE INSURANCE ONE SHEETS

Use these materials to keep your customers informed about how to protect their homes, keep their insurance coverage and find new coverage when necessary
